Biography

Ardeshir Bayat, MD, PhD, is vice president and global fellow at The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC). He is also an  academic professor and director in dermatology research. He has more than 25 years of clinical, scientific and industry expertise (more than 500 publications & patents). Dr. Bayat is successful in developing high quality programs that translate basic science research into major translationally efficacious cosmetic products and devices. Considerable experience and proficiency in concept and product development, functional testing (in silico, in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo), plus clinical trial design, evaluation and validation. He is an internationally recognized expert in skin healing, and fibrosis as well as a sought after consultant and subject matter expert in skin health and aging.
